2. POCO M8 Power — August 4

POCO followed a day later with a phone built almost entirely around endurance.

3. Redmi Note 17 5G — August 6

Effective launch price: ₹24,999 with eligible bank offer
The Redmi Note 17 is one of Xiaomi's biggest mid-range launches of August.
The phone officially starts at ₹27,999, with eligible ₹3,000 bank discounts lowering the base model's effective price to ₹24,999. Sales began on August 12.
The Redmi Note 17 combines an 8,000mAh silicon-carbon battery with 45W wired charging and 22.5W reverse charging, according to Xiaomi's official product page.

Sales began on August 11 across vivo's store, Amazon, Flipkart and offline retailers. vivo confirmed the pricing and availability in its official India announcement.
The S2 uses the MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo and pairs it with a 6.83-inch 1.5K 120Hz curved AMOLED display.
Photography is a bigger part of vivo's pitch here, with a 50MP Sony main camera, 32MP front camera and support for 4K video from both front and rear cameras.
The phone therefore sits considerably closer to the premium mid-range segment than the original ₹28,999 estimate suggested.

5. Google Pixel 11 Series — August 12

Google says Tensor G6 delivers faster CPU performance, more TPU compute and substantially improved on-device AI performance while powering the latest Gemini Nano model.

A first-sale ₹2,000 discount lowered the effective base price to ₹23,999. The phone went on sale on August 13 through Flipkart and realme's online store.
Its specifications include a MediaTek Dimensity 6300, 6.8-inch 144Hz LCD, 7,000mAh battery and 45W charging.
That means the 16x's main advantage is endurance rather than flagship-like performance.

The POVA 8 Pro is set to launch in India on August 18, according to current launch information. FoneArena reports that the India unveiling is scheduled for August 18.
The company's promotional focus so far includes an unusual rear Alive Matrix Display, which can show lighting effects and notifications.
However, the final Indian configuration and official price had not yet been announced as of August 14, so leaked or global specifications should not be presented as confirmed India specifications yet.

9. iQOO Z11 5G — Launching August 20

iQOO closes out the confirmed schedule in this guide with the Z11.
The company has officially confirmed an August 20 India launch date, and the phone will debut MediaTek's Dimensity 7500 Turbo platform in India. iQOO confirmed both details through its official India community.
This is important because the original ₹29,999 estimate remains exactly that — an estimate.
As of August 14, iQOO has not officially announced the India starting price, so it is safer to leave the price as TBA until launch.
The Z-series traditionally competes on performance and gaming value, making the final price especially important given how crowded the ₹25,000–₹40,000 market has become.
