OPPO's next Find X flagship generation is beginning to take shape, and the biggest change may be visible before the phone is even switched on.
Leaked engineering prototypes reportedly show the OPPO Find X10 series using a much wider horizontal rear-camera module, moving away from the rounded camera design associated with the current Find X9 generation. Gadgets Now published images showing several Find X10 prototypes mounted in a testing rig alongside an iPhone 17 Pro.
The redesign comes as separate leaks suggest OPPO is experimenting with increasingly large camera hardware, including dual 200MP cameras on the Find X10 Pro and potentially three 200MP sensors on a higher-end Find X10 Pro Max.
None of those Find X10 specifications have been announced by OPPO yet, so the current information should be treated as prototype-stage reporting rather than a final retail specification sheet.
The Camera Bar May Have a Practical Purpose
The first thing many people will notice is the design.
The leaked prototypes appear to use a two-level camera structure stretching across much of the upper rear panel rather than concentrating all of the camera hardware into a compact island. The July prototype leak shows three test units with the wider arrangement.
Comparisons with Apple's recent camera-bar design are inevitable, particularly because the prototypes were photographed beside an iPhone 17 Pro.
But there could also be an engineering reason for the change.
Large image sensors and periscope telephoto assemblies consume significant internal space. If OPPO is genuinely preparing multiple large 200MP sensors, distributing those components across more of the phone's width could give engineers more flexibility when arranging the cameras, battery and motherboard.
That explanation remains an inference until OPPO discusses the design officially.
Find X10 Pro Is Tipped for Dual 200MP Cameras
The Find X10 Pro is currently expected to receive one of the largest camera upgrades.
Leaks attributed to Digital Chat Station suggest OPPO has been testing a 200MP primary camera alongside a second 200MP telephoto camera, with the main sensor reportedly in roughly the 1/1.3-inch class.
That would be an important change from the current Find X9 Pro.
OPPO officially equips the Find X9 Pro with a 50MP main camera, 50MP ultrawide and 200MP Hasselblad telephoto, while the phone also carries a 7,500mAh battery and MediaTek Dimensity 9500. OPPO lists those headline specifications on the official Find X9 Pro page.
If the leak is accurate, the Find X10 Pro would extend OPPO's high-resolution strategy from the zoom camera to the main sensor as well.
The Pro Max Could Go as Far as Three 200MP Cameras
The more ambitious rumour concerns the Find X10 Pro Max.
An engineering prototype has reportedly been tested with:

The Find X10 rumours are not appearing in isolation.
OPPO's current Find X9 Ultra already uses a dual-200MP Hasselblad camera system, alongside a separate 50MP 10x optical telephoto camera. OPPO confirms the dual-200MP system on its official Find X9 Ultra page.
That context makes the Find X10 Pro Max leak more believable as a direction OPPO could explore.
Going from one 200MP camera on the Find X9 Pro, to two on the Find X9 Ultra, and potentially three on an upcoming flagship would represent an evolution of an existing camera strategy rather than a sudden megapixel race.
Bigger Sensors Matter More Than the 200MP Label
A 200MP number alone does not guarantee better photography.
What makes the current leak more interesting is the reported sensor size.
A large 1/1.3-inch-class main or telephoto sensor has more physical area available for collecting light than many smaller smartphone sensors. That can give the camera processing pipeline more information to work with, particularly in difficult lighting.
But final quality will still depend on:

One recent report says the Find X10 Pro Max could use a 6.78-inch flat 1.5K display, while earlier information had pointed toward a larger 6.89-inch 2K panel.
That difference is important because it suggests OPPO may still be testing multiple prototype configurations.
The standard Find X10 has separately been associated with a 6.59-inch 1.5K panel, alongside an 8,000mAh-class battery.
For now, exact display sizes, resolution and maximum refresh rates should remain in the rumoured column.
An 8,000mAh-Class Battery Would Be a Logical Next Step
Large batteries are another recurring part of the Find X10 rumours.
The standard Find X10 has been linked with a battery exceeding 8,000mAh, while reports around other X10 models also point toward similarly large capacities.
That would not be surprising given OPPO's current hardware.
The Find X9 Pro already includes a 7,500mAh battery despite measuring about 8.3mm thick, according to OPPO's official specifications.
Moving closer to 8,000mAh would therefore continue a battery trend OPPO has already started rather than represent a completely new direction.
The 100W charging figure, however, is less firmly established than the camera leaks and should not yet be treated as confirmed.
What About the Dimensity 9600 Pro?
Several reports associate the Find X10 Pro Max with MediaTek's upcoming 2nm flagship platform, frequently referred to in leaks as the Dimensity 9600 or Dimensity 9600 Pro.
The important word is upcoming.
Until MediaTek officially reveals the platform and its commercial branding, “Dimensity 9600 Pro” should be treated as reported naming rather than a confirmed retail chipset.
The current Find X9 Pro uses MediaTek's Dimensity 9500, which OPPO confirms on its official specifications page.
So a next-generation MediaTek flagship would fit OPPO's existing strategy even if the final chip name changes.

What This Could Mean for India
OPPO has already brought premium Find-series hardware to India, including the Find X9 Pro. The current Find X9 Pro is listed directly on OPPO India's website.
That makes an eventual Find X10-series India release plausible, but OPPO has not confirmed an India launch, price or model lineup.
Indian buyers should therefore avoid treating China launch rumours or direct currency conversions as expected Indian pricing.
If a dual-200MP Find X10 Pro eventually reaches India, it would likely compete more on premium camera hardware than on value pricing alone.

Different display configurations have already appeared in reports, and even the Pro Max's ultrawide camera has reportedly gone through multiple options.
