Lava has launched the Virat Curve 5G in India, bringing a curved AMOLED display, a rear mini-display and a large 6,000mAh battery to the sub-Rs 25,000 segment.
The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 chipset and runs Android 16. According to launch details reported by Beebom Gadgets, its design and secondary rear display are among its main highlights.
Price and Availability
The Lava Virat Curve 5G costs Rs 23,999 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. Applicable launch offers can bring the effective price down to Rs 19,999.
The first sale is scheduled for September 28, 2026, at 7 PM IST via Flipkart. It comes in Heritage Indigo, Makrana Ivory and Ellora Slate colours.
Curved AMOLED Display and Rear Screen
The phone features a 6.67-inch FHD+ curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 10-bit colour and up to 1,100 nits brightness.
Its most unusual feature is the small rear display placed beside the camera module. It can show the time, battery information, notifications, emojis, custom messages and volume information.
This gives the Virat Curve 5G a design element that is uncommon in this price segment.
